To help physicians understand the most significant new health laws, the California Medical Association (CMA) has published its annual new laws round up, “Significant New California Laws of Interest to Physicians for 2024.” This document is free to all interested parties.
CMA is also hosting a webinar on January 23, 2024, at 12:15 p.m. – New Laws Affecting Physicians in 2024 – that will discuss the new 2024 laws that will affect physicians and their practices, highlight pending health legislation and explain CMA's legal resources available to members.
