Samantha Mandell’s work at the California Medical Association (CMA) focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including HIPAA, privacy and security, and telehealth. She also works closely with Physicians for a Healthy California and CMA Physician Services Organization on their respective corporate affairs. Ms. Mandell is a graduate of UC Davis and UC Davis School of Law.
